Who will be doing the work?

All residential property work is carried out by or supervised by experienced qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives to whom you will have direct access throughout the transaction. If your adviser is unable to speak to you when you call, he/she will endeavour to return your call within an hour or if this is not possible another suitably qualified member of the team will assist. If there is a mortgage involved in your transaction we will carefully explain all aspects of it to ensure that you fully understand your obligations. Although we will be unable to give you any investment or financial advice, this will enable you to raise any issues which you are unsure about with your lender, mortgage broker or financial adviser.
