What are the types of
Lasting Powers of Attorney?

You can create two different types of Lasting Powers of Attorney:-

• A Property and Affairs Lasting Power of Attorney allows your
  Attorney to make decisions on your behalf regarding your
  finances and your property.
• A Personal Welfare Lasting Power of Attorney allows your
  Attorneys to make health and welfare decisions on your behalf,
  this can include consenting/refusing to medical treatment and
  deciding where you should live
