How do I go about preparing
a Home Information Pack?

If you are thinking of placing your property on the market, please contact us.  Under new regulations, before you are able to market your property with Estate Agents, a Home Information Pack (HIP) must be ordered.

We are able to provide the full HIP’s service with no contract agreements to be signed with HIP’s providers.  All we ask is that you provide a cheque to cover the cost of the searches and the energy performance certificate.  We will not charge any further fees provided that we are instructed on the resulting sale of your property.  We are able to order the searches the same day and advise your Estate Agents in order that they are immediately able to place your property on the market.  This genuinely is the most cost efficient and reliable way to obtain a HIP.
