Administration of Estates

Managing and administering the property and financial affairs of a deceased relative, friend or colleague can be a burdensome and difficult exercise.  If you are appointed and act as an Executor or Administrator of a deceased person’s estate, you will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of the administration and winding up the estate which may include the settlement of any tax that is due.  For many people, this can represent an unwelcome burden at an especially difficult time.

Our experienced team of practitioners here can offer friendly and sympathetic advice and assistance in a relaxed atmosphere.

We can help to ensure that obtaining the Grant of Representation and the winding-up of the estate are dealt with as quickly and painlessly as possible, including dealing with all assets and liabilities of the estate, the settlement of any relevant tax liabilities and the distribution of the property and assets of the estate.
